Shipping Policy

ATTACK SHARK SEA currently ships orders to selected Southeast Asian countries. Orders may be shipped from local warehouses or from our China warehouse, depending on product availability, destination country, inventory status and logistics arrangement.

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on the ATTACK SHARK SEA official website.

Shipping Countries

We currently support shipping to the following countries and regions:

  • Philippines

  • Vietnam
  • Indonesia
  • Cambodia
  • Brunei
  • Laos
  • Myanmar

More Southeast Asian countries and regions may be supported in the future. If your country or area is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.

Order Processing Time

For in-stock products, orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days after payment is confirmed.

During weekends, public holidays, sales campaigns, product launches, or high-order-volume periods, order processing may take an additional 2–5 working days.

Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping delivery time.

Shipping Warehouse

Some products may be shipped from local warehouses in selected Southeast Asian countries. If local warehouse stock is available, delivery is usually faster.

If local warehouse stock is not available, or if the selected product is not supported by local warehouse delivery, the order will be shipped from our China warehouse using standard international shipping.

The actual warehouse used for your order depends on product availability, destination country, inventory status and logistics arrangement.

The estimated delivery time below refers to the shipping time after the parcel has been dispatched from the warehouse.

Delivery Time Notes

  1. The delivery time above is an estimate based on normal shipping conditions.
  2. Local warehouse delivery is only available for selected products and selected countries.
  3. If a product is available in the local warehouse, it is usually delivered within 1–3 working days after dispatch.
  4. If a product is not available in the local warehouse, the order will be shipped from China using standard international shipping.
  5. Actual delivery time may vary depending on customs clearance, local courier processing, weather, public holidays, peak seasons, customs inspections, flight arrangements, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  6. Remote areas may require additional delivery time.
  7. Tracking updates may take several days to appear after the parcel has been shipped.

Shipping Method

Most orders are shipped using standard shipping, international small parcel shipping, or cross-border logistics services.

Depending on the destination country, product type, parcel weight, warehouse location and logistics availability, we may use different shipping providers or shipping routes.

Available shipping methods and estimated shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees may vary depending on the destination country, product weight, order value, warehouse location and selected shipping method.

The final shipping fee will be shown at checkout before payment.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions for selected countries, products or order amounts. Free shipping eligibility will be shown on the product page or checkout page when available.

Customs, Import Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped from China are international shipments.

Depending on your country’s customs policy, import duties, taxes, customs fees, local handling fees or other charges may apply.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, processing fees or other charges required by the destination country.

ATTACK SHARK SEA is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, local courier handling fees, or any charges imposed by customs authorities or local delivery companies.

If the customer refuses to pay applicable customs duties, refuses to provide required customs information, or refuses to accept the parcel, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees, customs fees, handling fees, storage fees, destruction fees or other related costs.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after deducting all related costs.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order.

Please make sure your name, phone number, address, city, postal code and country are correct before completing payment.

ATTACK SHARK SEA is not responsible for failed delivery, delivery delays, lost parcels, returned parcels or additional fees caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Incorrect phone number
  • Recipient cannot be contacted by the courier
  • Recipient refuses to accept the parcel
  • Recipient refuses to pay customs duties or local fees
  • Recipient fails to provide required customs information
  • Parcel is left unattended after delivery
  • Parcel is lost due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
  • Remote area or restricted delivery area issues

If a parcel is returned, delayed, lost or destroyed due to incorrect information or refusal to accept delivery, shipping fees and related costs may be deducted from any refund.

Tracking Information

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may not appear immediately after shipment. Please allow several days for the logistics provider to update the tracking status.

If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period, please contact our support team with your order number.

Delivery Delays

International shipping and local delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs clearance
  • Public holidays
  • Peak sales seasons
  • Weather conditions
  • Flight delays
  • Local courier delays
  • Pandemic-related restrictions
  • Customs inspections
  • Incorrect shipping information
  • Remote area delivery
  • Logistics provider delays

ATTACK SHARK SEA will assist customers in checking the parcel status, but we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date once the parcel is in transit.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel or modify your order before it has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered the processing stage or has been shipped, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Please note that our support team may not be available during weekends, public holidays or non-working hours. We recommend checking your order information carefully before completing payment.

Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Items

When receiving your parcel, please check the package condition before signing or confirming receipt.

We strongly recommend taking an unboxing video when opening the parcel. The video should clearly show the shipping label, outer packaging, parcel condition and product condition.

If your item is missing, damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days after delivery with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Clear description of the issue
  • Photos or videos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping label and packaging
  • Unboxing video, if available

After reviewing the case, we may arrange a replacement, partial refund, full refund, resend, repair support or other appropriate solution depending on the situation.

Please note that insufficient evidence may delay the review process or affect the final after-sales decision.

Refused, Returned or Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel is refused, returned, destroyed or cannot be delivered due to reasons caused by the customer, including incorrect address, unreachable recipient, refusal to pay customs fees, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to provide customs information, ATTACK SHARK SEA may deduct the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, customs fee, handling fee and other related costs from any refund.

If the parcel is destroyed by the courier, customs authority or local delivery company due to customer refusal or failure to complete customs clearance, no refund may be issued.
